• Do not use Accufine 10 mg if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant or breastfeeding.
• This drug can cause serious birth defects, which is why it should be avoided if you are pregnant.
• Use a more intense birth control pill while taking Accufine 10, as it can cause birth defects.
• Do not donate blood one month after you stop taking Accufine 10mg.
• One should avoid roaming in the sun for a long time and use sunscreen, as Accufine usually makes the skin sensitive to the sun, hence it can be damaged in direct sunlight.
• Consult your doctor if you notice any side effects such as dry skin, dry lips, nosebleeds, or joint pain.
• Inform your doctor about any other medicines you are taking before starting to take Accufine 10mg, as it can interact with other drugs and generate side effects.

Generally, a dosage of Accufine 10 mg is ranging between 0.5 to 1 mg/kg per day recommended to be take in two separate doses with food for 15 to 20 weeks, the total sum of doses is 120 mg to 150 mg per kg.
